Wedding Designer 

A wedding designer will take your vision and bring it to life. They are responsible for the complete design and aesthetic of your wedding. The following are some of the many things that a wedding designer will typically assist with: 

  • Choosing fabrics, textures and colour palettes

  • Choosing furniture and decor such as signage, welcome table design, centrepieces, cake, head table design, backdrop designs, ceremony area, and more

  • Design meetings and venue walkthroughs 

  • Creation of a vision board

  • Assistance with finding vendors/decor to match the aesthetic and your budget

  • Present during setup

Wedding Coordinator

Every company has their differences, so packages will vary based on who you choose. When booking an Event Bliss Event Coordinator, here are the services you will receive:

  • A venue tour/walk-through with your lead coordinator

  • Full contact with your venue and all of your vendors in the final months leading up to your wedding day starting from the final detail meetings to secure final details

  • Creation of wedding day schedule

  • Vendor contract review to ensure every vendor is executing according to your expectations on the day of your wedding

  • Facilitation of ceremony rehearsal

  • Day of management until the end of the night - including management of vendor load in, setup and load out

  • Full communication with venue staff

  • Ensuring the schedule runs on time

  • Set-up and tear-down of decor that is not being handled by specific vendors

  • Wedding Party management & assistance throughout the day (getting ready, lining up and speeches) 

  • Guest management
