Full Planning
Weddings are one of the best days of your life, but they can also be stressful and overwhelming to plan. If you need someone to help you every step of the way, from creating your theme and selecting your vendors, to taking down the last piece of décor at the end of the night, our Full Plan Package is perfect for you!
Planning

60+ hours of pre-wedding meeting, communication and assistance

1 in-person or virtual meeting per month leading up to the wedding (2 hours per meeting)

Unlimited emails and scheduled phone calls

A wedding planning checklist will be provided to you

Creation of a budget management document

Venue research and in-person site tours with your lead coordinator (if applicable)

Assistance with the visualization of your theme, colour scheme and design

Vendor referrals, assistance with hiring, full contact throughout the planning process and contract review

Your lead and/or assistant coordinator's presence at all vendor meetings

Creation of the wedding day schedule and floor plan (if applicable)

Assistance in planning your wedding rehearsal and your lead and/or assistant coordinator's presence on the day of the rehearsal


Wedding Day

Lead coordinator and one assistant coordinator (if needed)

Up to 15 hours of management on the wedding day (10:00am - 1:00am)

Management of vendor load in, set-up, and load out

Making every effort to ensure the day runs on schedule

Cueing DJ, MC, musicians, photographers, videographers, wedding couple and anyone making a speech

Making every effort to ensure that the wedding couple, wedding party and guests are taken care of for the entirety of the day

Set-up and tear down of client’s personal décor items – e.g. pictures, favours, candles, menus, pre-made centerpieces, etc.

Distribute any outstanding payments to vendors

Assistance in lining up and cueing the wedding party and the wedding couple during the procession and the grand entrance

The 2nd meeting will take place following all of the final detail meetings with the venue/vendors to finalize the schedule.

Full contact with all vendors 4-6 weeks before your wedding date to confirm logistics, final details and the schedule of the day

Creation of the wedding day schedule

Month/Day-of Planning
You have planned the entire party but now what? You realize you need someone to help with the logistics, final details and schedule of the day. That is where we step in! A month prior to your celebration, we make a plan of action and we carry it out for you so that you can enjoy the celebration you have planned without sweating the small stuff.

Contract & Invoice
Once you sign and return the contract, we will sign and return it with your invoice.
Your first deposit will then be due via e-transfer.
Once we receive your deposit, we will provide you with multiple helpful documents, including checklists, a budget spreadsheet, a schedule template and more!
