WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES
FULL PLAN
Weddings are one of the best days of your life, but they can also be stressful and overwhelming to plan. If you need someone to help you every step of the way, from choosing your vendors to creating your theme, to taking down the last piece of décor at the end of the night, you are looking for a full plan!
Planning
● 1 in-person (or Zoom) meeting per month leading up to the wedding
● Unlimited emails and scheduled phone calls
● A wedding planning checklist will be provided to you and your coordinator will check-up on you to make sure you’re on track
● Creation of a budget management document
● Venue research and in-person site tours with your lead coordinator (if applicable)
● Assistance with the visualization of your theme, colour scheme and design
● Vendor referrals, assistance with hiring, full contact throughout the planning process and contract review
● Your lead coordinator's presence at all venue/vendor meetings
● Creation of the wedding day schedule and floor plan (if applicable)
● Assistance in planning your wedding rehearsal and your lead coordinator's presence day of the rehearsal
Wedding Day
● Lead coordinator and one assistant coordinator (if needed)
● Up to 15 hours of management on the wedding day (10:00am - 1:00am)
● Management of vendor load in, set-up, and load out
● Ensuring the day runs on schedule
● Cueing musician/DJ, MC, photographers, videographers, wedding couple and anyone making a speech
● Guaranteeing that the wedding couple, wedding party and guests are taken care of for the entirety of the day
● Set-up and tear down of client's personal decor items - e.g. pictures, favours, candles, menus, pre-made centerpieces, etc
● Distribute any outstanding payments to vendors
● Assistance in lining up and cueing the wedding party and the wedding couple during the procession and the grand entrance
● Maintaining full communication with the venue staff
● Access to our Emergency Kit
MONTH-OF COORDINATION
You're almost there, just a month or two away! If you need a hand with the logistics, final details and the schedule, a month-of coordination plan is what you need. Our coordinators will go the extra mile to make sure all you have to worry about is enjoying your big day.
Planning
● Up to 2 in person meetings (or Zoom meetings)
● Unlimited emails and scheduled phone calls
● A wedding planning checklist will be provided to you and a coordinator will check-up on you to make sure you’re on track
● Vendor referrals and contract review
● A venue tour/walk-through with your lead coordinator
●Your lead coordinator's attendance at all final venue/vendor meetings
● Full contact with all vendors 4-6 weeks before your wedding date to confirm final details and schedule of the day
● Assistance creating the wedding day schedule
● Your lead coordinator's presence on the day of your wedding rehearsal

You did it, you planned your wedding! If you only need help with creation of the schedule, set-up, teardown and day-of management, a day-of coordination plan is perfect for you. Our coordinators will make sure you don't have to lift a finger!

A month prior to your celebration we make a plan of action and we carry it out for you so that you can enjoy the celebration you have planned without sweating the small stuff
